The steak is cooked as ordered and although it’s an inviting experience to see how your steak comes to taste so great, let’s not also forget about the part where you get to eat it. I know it’s a personal preference, but I believe steaks are at their absolute best when cooked medium-rare.
My rib-eye was cooked perfectly and had a nice crisp on the outside and was rare and juicy on the inside. While the steak is the obvious star of the show at Restaurant 101, the kitchen also does standout work on a range of side dishes such as the mashed potatoes, french fries, pilaf rice, grilled tomatoes, baked potato, buttered vegetables, and side salad. Even the sauces (Red Wine, 3 Pepper, Chimichurri) are classically top-notch.
And to round out what should make for the perfect dinner or date night, you can also crank yourself up with some of their awesome cocktails or order a bottle of well-chosen wine (the caliber of the wine list goes without saying) for the table.
