So, so happy that one of my favourite Ramen joints is now closer to my neighbourhood. Ippudo Ramen just opened their 5th branch on the ground floor of 1880 Building in Eastwood City, Quezon City.
Visited them on opening day and got my usual Ippudo Ramen fix–the Karaka Special. The large bowl of Ramen arrived in no time at all, glistening and brimming with an extremely generous amount of toppings.
The Tonkotsu broth was rich, seriously savoury, and one of the best I’ve tried in Manila. The pork chashu slices were cooked to perfection–soft, delicate, tasty, and well worth the extra calories. 😉
So, if you’re in the area and want something comforting and filling, please do visit Ippudo Ramen. Don’t let the long lines discourage you. They move you through very quickly and I guarantee the Ramen is absolutely worth the wait.
Ground Floor, 1880 Building, Eastwood Avenue, Libis, Quezon City
